Both my neighbor & I got our house security system upgraded and also put in cameras in October. From the start of getting a quote from Terry, to installation by the guys, advice from Bart and speaking to Kate in administration it has all been smooth sailing. My home entailed a lot more work than originally thought but the guys were awesome in going over and above to have the job completed. Am happy with the work and am sure if I have a query it will be sorted. Fully recommend.

Poor service.Rather disappointing experience with Protect West after having a camera system set up to our home recently.I have lost count on the amount of times I have had to follow up on an unanswered email.The camera features that were described and subsequently sold to us don’t even exist!? However upon many occasions we were reactively told that the features will be available in an upcoming app update .. 4 months and still waiting for this update …. any day now I am sure!!Viewing monitor supplied upon installation was of embarrassing quality, it would have undoubtably been the cheapest monitor possible. When questioned we were advised that it would be swapped over to a slightly better monitor… having to be available again for this to be done.Upon me providing direct feedback there has been no acknowledgement, so I will share it here, in this review.I would suggest shopping around if you are in the market for a security system as I don’t think better service will be hard to find.

I have used the service off protect West and when I needed help to set-up app on my new phone them asked for $220 Dollars charges to send technicians.Poor customer experience

Used Protect West Security for the first time today. The service was exemplary, very polite and well presented technician arrived at exactly the appointed time (thank you Reece !) undertook the required service quickly and efficiently. Very impressed and would happily recommend Protect West Security.

A great maintenance job by Protect West. A power cut blew out a panel on the board. Mike came out and fixed it and replaced a faulty sensor that we were unaware of. Happy to recommend Terry and his team.
